SELF EXCLUSION

If, at any time you become concerned about your gambling behaviour, you can request a six month or above self-exclusion period. You can exclude up to a period of 5 years. When you self- exclude the following events occur :

  • Your account is flagged as self-excluded;.
  • You will be unable to participate in any gambling activity;
  • You will be removed from the Company’s marketing database within 48 hours;
  • All unsettled bets will be void and credited to your account;
  • All remaining funds within your account will be returned to you.

 

We will remove you from our marketing databases but we also suggest that you remove BFlush from your notifications as well as blocking/unfollowing BFlush social media accounts.

During a self-exclusion period, the suspended access will be enforced and irrevocable.
